1990 253 rope ladder

The old rope ladder broke on my 253 and I cannot find a way to remove the entire ladder to replace it. Curious if anyone has an older flip down ladder they might want to sell. Thanks from Grand Lake Oklahoma

Post a wanted ad here. We have people adding swim platforms often and they sell the OE ladder. That it Great Lakes Skipper is your best bet.
