New A303 Questions

We are negotiating on a 2011 303 and wanted to try this group with a couple questions about the cabin door:

Has anyone figured out a solution to adding a screen to the main door? Many boats have sliding screen doors but this boat does not and I am sure the ventilation would be needed when anchored out.

When the door is open there is nothing to prevent rain from coming into the cabin if that door is open. Our boat has a bimini top which comes close but doesn't cover that area.

I am sure we will have more questions but are interested in these for now! Thanks in advance for any responses.

Pete do you have any pics ? What’s rain like?
One solution is for a screen to keep bugs out. You could add vynle to areas to keep rain out.
