Windlass Remote on R7

We anchor quite a bit, only having the control for it at the helm is a bit of a pain. Has anyone added a remote for the Windlass? I am thinking some sort of wireless setup. That way I can focus on driving the boat and have the wife run the anchor up and down instead of relying on hand signals from her.

We have one in the anchor locker and at the helm, it’s somewhat out of view unless you look for it. Starboard side tucked back against the seat. What year boat?

Yes, there should be a toggle switch along the right back wall of the anchor locker. In fact it is recommended to use that one and not the one at the helm unless the weather bad.

It is easy to miss. Didn’t realize mine was there for a couple of months.

We didn't know we had interior RGB lighting for first few trips. Dealer left it on when they sent someone out to put registration numbers on. If he hadn't have turned it on, we might not know two years later.
