Welcome from California! That’s an amazing pictorial on the transom change over. Did you have to cut the stringers or where they ok?

Nice upgrades and looking forward to the captains report!

Yea I did have to cut back some of the stringers. The floor was completely redone before I got it and they “sistered” the stringers. Eventually I’m going to go back and redo the floor and fix the stringers further up, but for now it’s completely structurally sound.

Very interesting. Nice job. I like the way the swim platform is hinged and makes one platform. Lots of time and labor. You just couldn't wait for daylight to get the gel on. Diehard 😉 man on a Mission.

You want to know something... I really did want to just get it done and it bit me in the a@&. The gel coat didn’t kick and I had to grind it all off and re-spray it. But it actually gave me a chance to go back and smooth some things out

Beautiful classic Cobalt! And yes, thanks for the restoration photos, I worked in the automotive/marine collision repair industry for over 2 decades and it's fun to see the repair process!
