Matt really gm is using old school yet? Lol
Ok so it's pulling fuel then on that bank.
Are the o2 sensors the same? If so swap them. O2 sensors are very common to go bad on these new engines. I agree clean the throttle plate and body. Really - 3.22 isn't that much.

I figured -3.2% wasn’t much to complain about. Haven’t been back up to the boat yet but I'm adding swapping O2 sensors (great idea btw) to my list of things to try out. Ill let you all know how everything goes once I get up there.
