ISO retractable bow ladder to fit 02 282

Hello all,
When we beach our 2002 282 bow in down here in Cape Coral, that means the bow is a good 4.5 feet high off the sand. It is impossible for me to help my wife up on the bow to get on the boat. I can swim to the stern ladder, but she swims like a hammer.
Does anyone have one of these on their bow?

Looking to get one for our boat.
Just wondering if anyone has one or has made one.
