Kill Switch Pops Out
Kill switch ‘button’ on R5 keeps popping out for no reason whatsoever. Never happened before. Can occur immediately or after a few minutes. Even while the boat is not moving.

You don't want to be cruising and have the engine stop. Sounds like you need a new one.
