Impressive numbers on the boat
One lesson I learned from my local speed shop is to put an oil temp gage on these motors when you modify them
Once the oil gets over a certain temp it fails even though the motor temp is within specs
I would hate to see it scatter over oil failures
Thanks Bliel, oil temp is a good idea. I’ll keep an eye out for something that matches my stock gauges.

She runs like a dream! I matched my previous top speed with 73 gallons of fuel on board, and it pulls like a freight train from 30-60mph. Once it gets down below a quarter tank I’ll take it out during the week when it’s nice and calm and see what she’ll really do.

What kind of oil temps was he seeing before and after the cooler install?

Never ran it with out the oil cooler
It was a complete engineer swap
With the cooler we can get the oil temp up to 265 in about 3 minutes of hard running, motor temp was 200
Oil fails at 270
For $100 you can add an oil temp gage, it’s a lot cheaper than a motor
I would have never thought the oil would get that much hotter than the motor but it does

Ok, I think we’ve seen enough of the Bravo 3, amiright?

Let the “what prop” discussion begin.

Ha, if the drive wasn’t so deep I’d totally run a cleaver!

Rev, emerita, mirage, not sure where a good starting point is yet.

Rev4 won't be the fastest. Enertia or mirage plus.

I’ve read that the enertia is a fast prop. What size should I start with?

Is the B1 the same ratio as the b3? What are on your b3? Let's do a 30 😂😂
The Enertia is a great prop. 25?use bblades exchange program? Call Brett.

The lower is a 1.5, my B3 is a 2.0, which I believe is the same as a B1 1.5. It has 26p 3x3 now, but I’m not sure how that translates to a single prop.

I don't know for sure but I'm thinking a 26 is a 26.
You have some buddies with some laying around?
