Yeah and the reason that house is 700k is because of the lake frontage and the 2 stall private dock. Homes on TRL typically run about 150-175/ft
Yep, The dang private dock is worth in the neighborhood 300K. There is a private dock permit for sale for 150k just for the permit!!!
