Congrats.
We went 25 hours without owning a boat. After our 2006 Caravelle sold, wife got itching and let me buy a new R3.
We were afraid to go much bigger after only owning one 18.5' boat. Three weeks in, we LOVE IT!
Proud Cobalt owners.

Very cool. My wife knew when I sold a boat another one would just reappear.

Well, the sport deck is now a ‘no longer’. I put my money down for a 2020 R7 to be delivered in August...probably the first in my region. Got a good deal...and really looking forward to it. And my dealer said i could use a loaner 26SD until i got my boat....AWESOME!. Glad to be a ‘soon to be’ Cobalt owner. I’ll post pictures, etc once I take delivery. Cheers

How can your lake have db rules? Is that a state thing? Seems to be lots of rules to follow.
I thought the US was the "Land of the Free".

PS Congrats on the new purchase!

That's actually pretty common now all over the country. Every lake has its own rules. Most don't have any.

So is it like a community council that sets and enforces the rules on the local lake?

Lakes controlled by the Core of Engineers have rules. I'm finding that some are more stringent than others, and it also depends on who is currently in command of the district. Some are pretty good folks and some have authority issues.
I don't know about non Core lakes, who makes the rules or who enforces them.

Lots of them have rules per the county they are in and by the size of the lake. Some of the lake communities have there own rules. So it all varies.

Yes. Maybe you’ll hit the Cobalt jackpot and get the free 380 to 430 upgrade like Tuscany inherited...all due to a factory error...we think. :D

Have him blow on your dice. ;)
