Wow, that trailer looks like a cool setup. For some reason I'm thinking it's a urban BBQ assault trailer.

I loce boating on the hoist too. Nice one!

You’re hired🤣. it does require a CDL though. We may need to bring the outdoor BBQ to the next get together.
Ok if you insist. Can I take the CDL online ? Awesome setup and gorgeous Storefront!

And only a single slide on the Featherlite trailer? It’s humbling but I’m in. Let me get my NY accent back😎

Awesome pics T!

I’ll volunteer with Ytmsn to run the outside BBQ for tri-tip sammmitches. ( short lived career I’m sure).

Good Lord Tusc! I've been to two goat ropings and a county fair and have never seen a bar b que rig like that!

Where is the chimney?

If Matt and I ever got near that thing it's hard telling what might happen. But I'm willing to give it a shot! You'll have to bring that thing to the garage party.

Thanks guys.
Matt, if you can drive that race car of yours, I’m sure you won’t have any trouble with a road test..
YT, there is a chimney that we drop into the hood ductwork from the roof. All meant to yank and go.
The entire roof is diamond plate for people to climb up an interior ladder inside the forward lounge to watch the race.

Believe it or not, this was built for Roger Penske as the Indy Car team kitchen. All of the Marlboro Racing canopy and framework is still in the upper level of the trailer.
We added the side serving windows and refitted the cooking equipment for fast food..
It was meant to go on the road supporting our brand of Italian sausage we were going to launch for supermarket sales, and then selling food outside of our store when not on the road. We ended up not going forward with that project because my wife said she would be leaving on the next train out of Dodge if my attitude changed for the worse from suffering from more stress..🤣
She was done gambling and wanted to live a little more simple and stress free life.. and it was the right call. I might not have survived it all, especially with the labor situation of today’s world.

My son? Maybe the project gets fired up again in a few years..
For now we just run it as an outdoor restaurant during the summer.
Lunch/dinner is always on me when we have a get together here..

Thanks BB. If it ever hits the road, it will be wrapped, but I don’t see that happening anytime soon. Getting too old and lazy.
The furthest it goes is to the Blue Beacon truck wash 30 miles up the road.

I think the big questions are, does it have single or twins and does it have captains call? Lol. Very impressive T. I think Mrs. T had the right idea. Picture a day hauling that thing around or spending a day on that beautiful R7. No contest!

It's a grind every day. The more you try to bite off, the more crap you have to swallow. I think after 60 years on this planet, its about finding a comfortable place between biting just enough while not throwing up..

Those last 2 sentences sound like a new company slogan. Imagine painting that on your lunch trailer! Lol
