If so, then personally I would go with seagrass--I'm not a big fan of the Sea Deck material throughout the boat.
jma2, just to make sure I am following, in the pictures, the terra is the picture where the seadek is installed in the boat. The picture where I have a sample laying there is the mocha.

I'm only asking as I had thought the mocha was louder than the terra.

The terra, in my opinion is the more subtle of the two.

Though they already had a template for my boat, they sent that and I confirmed fit. Then they mailed me the product and I cleaned with acetone then just peal and stick. I think the whole boat took me+1 an hour. I personally like gray but of the two you are debating I would go Mocha over black. I think if you avoid gray you need to have a starker contrast in color with the interior than the terra.
FYI: Sea deck will send samples of colors.

Norris, this looks great with the red in your vinyl and interior, I think it breaks the gray up nicely.

That looks really good! Matches the Tahoe gray interior really well!

Oh, just remembered that 3 color was more than if I had gone with 2 color. I believe 2 color would have been closer to $3,000.
Here is a blue from a friend with a wake boat, forgot the brand.

I stand corrected. I prefer the installed-version picture, which is the terra. The terra seems to be a good match; whereas the mocha is too loud.

I like the mocha. I have the Seadeck in grey from the factory on my R5 on the swim platform and it does show dirt pretty easily. The sea grass inside the boat is much easier to clean but not as comfy on the feet.

From the factory it is marine mat not sea dek, though pretty much the same product. There also isn't much of a design on the factory mat which is partially why it shows so much.

I like the Mocha, really pops and makes the boat look sharp.

Curious, what do y'all think about this color scheme?

I'm a mess with this, I'm 95% committed on a setup one minute, then 180 degrees the next. Its a shame the boat didn't already have it in there, I would have been fine with it regardless!

something is off with that lighter tan on the off white, just the picture maybe? Brings out too much yellow for my taste. Not my favorite.

Per SeaDek, that's mocha over camel. I agree, it certainly lightens it up quite a bit.

Boat interior is grey?

I think you have to go darker... Too light and I think it just looks mismatched with the grey. If you aren't matching the grey because of how it shows dirt, go with the faux teak look...

I would take Mrs. Nauti's advise. Or go gray.

I think that light background will be a pain to keep clean. And yes, it makes it look yellow. Mocha over black is what pops IMO. Some folks like gray, but I think it shows too much too. But what I didn't like is the plain, somewhat sterile look.

My 262 is black with grey highlights on the upholstery and grey carpet. When I bought it, it came with new grey seadek, but as some of the older members know, it was owned by a ronnieMac exec and had a ridiculous M logo. It would have been easy to replace the M with a new grey swimdeck, but from my last boat I knew I wanted sandstone, or what looks like mocha from the pics. Sooo, I made the decision to swap it all.

I was very much on the fence, but I wanted it to pop, and as it turned out, but it still goes well together. And I swapped the stuff in the anchor locker and firewall too(or whatever it's called in front of the windshield)

Here are some pics for comparison.
