Plus one on the heat gun, Heck I use my wife's hair dryer. Any residual sticky with Goo Gone. At least it works with motorcycle ABS plastics.

For $30 you can get a new stock "220s" sticker from your local Cobalt dealer. It will be the exact stickers you currently have. I have a 200s and just purchased one. Then you can peel the existing 220s stickers off and put your name in the middle under the tow hook. Then, you can place the new 220s sticker under the starboard exhaust slot (to the far right side of the transom in the stock photo you attached).
