I'll be naming my 206 "FRICTION LOSS" When I operate the fire engine's pump at a fire, I have to make sure the nozzle team has exactly 100 psi at their nozzle. The amount of pressure that is eaten up in the hose and appliances and pump is called....wait for it.....friction loss. There's even a nice algebraic formula and everything FL = C X (Q / 100) ^2 X L / 100 I'm going to have that routed in the Sea Deck on my Grizzly Cooler top

I named our A25 "Nessie" after my wife's nickname. Growing up, her Dad used to call her his beautifulness. Which got shortened to Ness. So we adopted Loch Ness as a sort of family mascot and that became Nessie... And I've never told that story before. :-)

Friction Loss is pretty cool.

We used to call our pool cleaner Nessie when I was little 😃

Just wanted to come back and update this....finally got a name picked and did the renaming ceremony a few weeks back :)

Ok, we’ve had the boat over a year and a half, and still no name..
Since we have the rear speakers, there is little space for letters.

I like a little humor/reaction and it can’t be boring.
Our last boat was named The CodFather. Yeah, I’m Italian, and look like the stereotypical italian sitting at a table outside Satriales pork store.🤣.
Anyway, I’m tossing around the “the Filthy Oar”
But, I’m really liking the name “The “C” Word”.
First letter of our last name, and ofcourse Cobalt. As predicted, my wife is absolutely not buying it and has no chance.. I guess I shouldn’t attempt to suggest “Fillet Show” as a joke.
Opinions?
