Looks nice. My Cobalt 200 did not like leds in the dash most of the guages quit working or acted goofy.

Hmmm good to know. I haven't actually run the boat with the dash lights on, I'll give that a shot today. Thanks for the heads up.

Looking good.
Did you have to do anything when replacing the dash lights ? Or were they plug and play ?

The were plug and play. Factory bulbs are the 168/194 automotive marker light bulbs, found some LED replacements at Walmart in the automotive department. The sockets just twist into place, so untwist, pull out socket, swap bulb, and reinstall. Since LEDs are polarized, you have a 50/50 shot of getting them in the right way the first time. Any that don't work, just pull out, reverse polarity, and reinstall.

I just think the way they loop the grounds and power wires together the leds didn't like it. Then the guages found other ground paths.

I turned my dash lights on while cruising around today and there were no problems.

Did a trip around Vacation Isle tonight in the dark, LEDs all did fine, no issues. Got to watch a sailboat with no nav lights run aground too, that was fun  I almost felt bad for them, but they were hauling ass with no lights and straight towards an island. I happened to see their sail silhouette against another boat, otherwise there's a good possibility they would have hit me. Idiots.

Lots of sailboats on my home lake and they like to stay out all night. Most have the nav light mounted high. I know what you mean about getting lucky and seeing their silhouette.

Hey Thunder, how is the vinyl holding up on the dash panels? I was planning on getting mine dipped, but as a vinyl guy this would be much faster and cheaper for to do myself.
