I have no idea if this is close to anyone but I'm sure it is to somebody. May be an opportunity for someone. It's an auction coming up on a lakefront property with a burned out house setting on it. Doze it off and rebuild!
It'll sell to the highest bidder in June. The stuff dreams are made of!

Here is the guy's website. Please keep in mind, I don't know this guy from Adam, I just saw this link for a lake property to be sold at auction in South Carolina so I thought I would post it.
