Just bought a 190 bow rider from a local seller in Vermont. It's going to live on a small-ish (220 acres) lake in New Hampshire. Motor and outdrive all seemed good when tested before purchase. Needs some upholstery work but otherwise is in great condition for its age. Hour meter clicked over 500 while we were testing the motor. Got a great price (I think). My grandkids will be excited...

Took a week or so to refurb the gelcoat (it was pretty oxidized). On its way to its new home (Granite Lake, NH) today.

Sorry for the broken image above. I tried to use my dropbox link and it didn't seem to work...

Nice! Appreciate the pic.
Any plans to add SS docking lights? It's a classic Cobalt trait of their hulls.

Probably not. At least not my first priority. Several of the cushions need reupholstering so that's the first on the budget list. Also needs to have the trim indicator fixed and it needs a new depthfinder (although I know almost every square foot of the lake we're on). I already own a sail boat so I know that boat ownership is a never ending money pit but it seems worth it, at least to me...my wife is not as convinced.

As long as it helps build quality time with the grandkids, it seems like a sound investment. Thanks for posting, August!
