R7 Surf aftermarket tow point

Post by jetsmith »

2020 R7 Surf

I find it challenging to keep surfers ahead of the wave as they get up - especially beginners. Has anyone added tow points to their towers and had success? Our tower is 2 3/8” round.

There are "surf balls" I think they called them, they are made to attach to the side of the towers. Try shortening up the rope a bit for beginners, that seemed to help.

I got the surf balls from cobalt and they work great.

Jet,

There are a few other threads on the same subject too - see viewtopic.php?t=4733 for example
