Blown fuse?

2020 R7 Surf. At end of day blower would not turn on and light around button wouldn’t illuminate. This morning opened engine compartment and see water above bilge. Pump turned on manually but not automatically. I’m suspecting a fuse but unsure where to look. Tips?

Check and see if you are able to that the float in the pump is not stuck with any debris. If it runs manually with the button doesn’t sound like a blown fuse
