We took delivery of our R6S yesterday. We haven't surfed yet, but were able spend the last two days in Winnipesaukee's semi rough waters and I was throughly impressed end to end. These boats are in their own league compared to a Malibu when on the bigger lakes. Did we give up some wake ability, absolutely. Is the wake very surf worthy for most riding levels, sure is! For us it came down to the ability to safely get from one side of the lake to the other with everyone in the boat enjoying the ride. Anyone on the fence, go demo these R series boats!
One item I couldn't help to notice was if I ran the cockpit cabin lights, it activated the windlass anchoring system. It would pull the anchor in, continuously (anchor was stowed/not deployed during this time). Tried a couple work around, and wasn't having any luck. Planning on going through it next weekend, but figured I'd mention it here to see if anyone has had a similar situation/was able to solve for it.
TIA

.
So glad you found us NH_603.
Sounds like a bad ground or wiring mistake. Do you have access to your switches underneath the helm? That's where I'd start with your connections. Others will chime in shortly.
Beautiful boat. Thanks for the pic.
And welcome aboard mate.
