The lake was super quiet last weekend and I would have taken the R5 out for a cruise if it wasn’t in storage.

Enjoyed a nice Friday off today. Water in the bay was really beautiful and almost lake flat. Quick cruise up to Boggy Bayou in Niceville for lunch at Wharf 850. Plenty of open spots now that the tourist season is fully closed. Great place to stop if you are in the area, full up bar downstairs, and transient slips if you are visiting. Still looking good for a 14 year old boat.

Your pictures, and so many others posted here, seem to be better quality than the ones I post.
What do you take them with?
Maybe it's time for me to upgrade my iPhone 6.

Deadon keep the pictures coming for us northerners! I can’t imagine what it would be like to be on the water in my own boat in November! It’s garage boating season for us now.. BTW nice looking 14 year old boat! My R5 is half way there and hopefully it looks that good after 7 more years!

We will hold on for a few more weeks, mostly confined to lunch runs or late afternoon cruises. Will throw the trickle charger and bilge heater on the boat once we get to mid December. Probably take a knee through most of Jan - Feb unless a nice day presents itself.

We hope to move further south in Florida so we can have warm water all year!

I think the sub tropic line lies north of Palm Beach County.

It's the most wonderful time of the year!

Flurries started through the night. It will all melt off this weekend, but we are heading to the right place.
Daylight gets shorter, temps get colder, life becomes worth livin' again!

Stay Safe everyone.

iPhone 12 Pro. It's worth upgrading just for the camera and I'm sure the new 13 is even better.

Looks great!

I'm installing Quailpiece Roller Ski kits this weekend on both sleds. Heavy duty hitch bumper is on the way. Picked up a new trail drag last weekend.. Can't wait for winter to show up. :P
