Brand new Cobalt engraved fender pro clips

Hi there group. I have 4 brand new cobalt engraved fender pro quick connect lines. I just sold the boat before I had the chance to complete this upgrade. I do not have the female receptacles for these. These are for 1/2” receptacles as shown in the picture.
$200 shipped in the continental US ...

Rebuilt Bolster seats

Huge shoutout to Chris @slideruleracer!! His seat repair kits are great. I took them a step further since I was having the hinges stripped and powder coated, I asked them to do these plates as well. I think the whole setup came out pretty sweet.

I had to have these donor seats recovered so I ...

Re: 2007 SX-A reverse noise/clunk

Symptoms of the cone clutch worn out tend to be slipping / delayed shifting - ie you shift into FWD or REV and there is a delay before the gear engages. My drive seems to clunk more going into reverse also, especially when shifting from FWD > REV while docking. It's smooth, but there is a ...

2007 SX-A reverse noise/clunk

Hey there y’all,
Hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far. Another question for the group. My outdrive shifts into forward as smooth as can be. Shifting into reverse is a much different story. No matter how slow or fast I shift to reverse I get I pretty loud (and physical) clunk. No abnormal ...

Re: Fuel pressures

It’d go from normal to low back to normal and just keep doing that. Never really wanted to die.

Since posting this, I’ve changed the spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter and cleaned the hell out of the throttle body. It also had about 1/3 tank of gas I had no idea how old it was in it. I ...

Re: Fuel pressures

I have seen his videos and I’ve emailed back and forth with him. He seems to be a pretty nice guy and knows these fuel systems well. He thinks maybe my float in the fuel chamber is stuck closed which he says would cause high pressure on the low pump.

I did pull the high pressure pump and looked in ...

Made a rookie mistake on the 2007 200

Boat has a 5.0gxi with SX-A drive Finished installing new rotor, cap, plugs, and impeller. Hooked the hose up to the motor to run on land. Completely forgot to lower the out drive. Thing was banging and clanking while it ran for maybe 5 seconds. I shut it off and checked what all I had just worked ...

Fuel pressures

Hi there experts,
Anyone know what would cause my low pressure fuel pump pressure to run at 23psi instead of 8ish? High pressure running at a steady 55psi
Thanks for any info
I should add the screen to the inlet of the high pressure pump appears ok.

Re: Delayed light shut off with dimming feature!

Sorry that I haven't gotten to this.. Will try to make it a priority. I will say - I have used this EVERY night I've brought the boat back after dusk and it works AMAZING. I'm so glad I did it.

Re: 2007 200 horn bracket

If you don't find one it seems fairly easy to fabricate one from parts you can find at Home Depot. Perhaps aluminum flat stock in the hardware section. 1" x 1/8" should work. You can easily bend it to the shape you want with a vise and a rubber hammer or a set of vise grip pliers. Drill a hole on ...

83153E90-A80B-45CF-B496-C49987FA0E93.jpeg Hey there folks

Started disassembling things in the boat to make buffing and polishing easier. Upon doing so, I found the factory dual horn bracket rusted to hell and the horns just setting down behind the bow seat instead of mounted and facing out the ...

Re: Trailer Recommendation

I know this is an older post but I just picked up a 2007 200 that has a new venture aluminum trailer under it. I like the fact that its new and hasn't been "abused" but I'm not entirely sure I'd spring the coin for one. And in my opinion, it doesn't look as good as a nice painted "cobalt" trailer
