Thanks for your update bcv_23. I'm still waiting for the R8S (again ordered Jan 7, with an estimated delivery 1st week in June), with no updates since late July. I guess no new is good news, after reading your post.

Congrats JMATRE1! and carrera; thanks for the updates. Just as an update for others, I took a dealer position on Jan 7th for an R8s with an expected delivery on June 7th. Latest info from dealer this week is that the boat is in production, but no estimates on completion or delivery.

Tuscany...good post and I agree with most of it.

But...communication has been terrible, from factory to dealer.

I have a R8 surf on order. Original schedule deliver was first week in June. Delivery was updated to sometime in July, with a follow-on update of mid-July. Just found out yesterday the current estimated delivery date is end of August. My dealer has been doing his best and I understand Covid delays ...
