Recently purchased a lake house with a dock and lift. I had "a dock guy" come out and make sure the lift was setup for my Cobalt R5 correctly. He wanted to adjust the bunks and move the lift further in. This is what it looks like after the adjustment. The boat is as far in the slip as possible. Should I worry about structural issues with the back hanging of the bunks this far?

As long as the boat seems to sit level I personally wouldn't worry about that. Others may have a different opinion.

That would bother the crap out of me.

I’d check with your dock tech to be sure. That much overhang can stress the bunks and hull over time, even if it sits level.
