Slow drip in 2019 R5 Surf

The bilge pump on my 2019 R5 recently started kicking in for about 20 seconds every 4-5 hours. I have found a very small drip of freshwater just ahead of the engine, and "above" the Ballast tank Intake valves and Garmin unit. The water "seems" the be coming from beneath the freshwater tank (for shower) but the boat is dry ahead of the bulkhead where the gas tank is. I don't see any leaks in any of the hoses attached to the "freshwater/potable water tank. I am baffled. I have closed the ballast tank valves and the drip persists.
Could it be coming forward from the stern (where the tabs are attached) through a hidden frame bulkhead.
Has anyone had a similar issue?
I have photos and a 6 second video but don't know how to attach to this forum post.

Do you have a porcelain head? I ask because I had a slightly loose seawater intake strainer cap that was letting in a small amount of water into the bilge. With the boat living primarily on a trailer, I didn't notice the leak until we spent 5 days docked on a lake and the bilge came on a couple of times.

I don’t. The water seems to be coming from underneath the freshwater tank

That plastic fitting is the drain for the freshwater tank - I have the same thing on myR5. The drain opens/closes and has a cap -- yours looks like even the the cap is on, the drain itself is open. Not sure what that hose that connects to it is, mine does not have that, but mine also is not a Surf model.
