Or know what it’s called? It’s missing on both sides next the front drivers and passenger seat.

What boat do you have? If you're more than 7 years old, it's probably going to be a crap shoot if you can find one somewhere off a salvaged boat or whatnot. But it's hard to guess what you're looking for without a picture of the actual item, or at least a description of it and your boat.

Here's an image I found that shows the older-style "Cobalt" logo attached over the gap in the silver strip.

Cobalt almost certainly doesn't have any of these laying around, but they are usually cooperative in putting people in touch with the original component manufacturer if you have an interest in a one-off. I've done this to replace a dash panel, and am pretty happy with how it went.
Absent that, places like greatlakesskipper sometimes have parts stocks from old or salvaged boats, or a boat salvage yard. I've found parts on salvagemarine.net, but know there are big salvage yards scattered throughout the country.
