My 2021, which is still under warranty, the SURF letters are coming off. I was able to save the F but lost the S in the lake yesterday. Assuming these are warranty items?

Yes for the first three years everything is under warranty. I'm sure they will say you hit it with your surf board or something .

Do I contact Cobalt directly or go through the local dealer? Thanks

Thanks for the info. Called Cobalt, and it is warranty work. Called the dealer and sent pic. Will replace the pad. I am not going back with the letters as they are going to be a problem later down the road. Don't need the letters.

Any pictures of what is going on? I’m not sure what surf letters look like.

Your taking about SURF that is on the seadeck swimplatform pad? I would have though those were cut into the seadeck like the rest of the black design work.

I was thinking the same thing, would love to see some pictures.

If seadeck starts to come up use some acetone on it and it will usually become sticky again.

I have a 2022 R4Surf. My entire sea deck swim platform pad and all of the SURF letters have failed. Some of the letters are in the lake. Cobalt uses an epoxy resin to attach the pad and letters that is pretty poor quality. My warranty work is also being completed at the dealer this week. Pretty annoying.
