The outboard 23SC is no big surprise and 30SC are interesting, but the A36 really fills a gap between the A40 and other Cobalt boats. Check out the official announce video at:

Thx for posting, bfun.
Is it me or do others find it annoying with Cobalt advertising videos? They always spend the majority of the advertisement video filming an overview scene--spending the majority of the time showing families and zooming by them over and over--then a few seconds on the inside of the boat or focusing on a few of the boat features. I already have a happy boating family. I don't need to see another over and over.

At the price they are asking, they just might!

I hear you A7. Actually I don't like the hard top and the front of the bow seating doesn't look very deep.
It looks like it was shot on Table Rock? Going under the Kimberling city bridge. I could be wrong. That's what I got out of the vid. I really like the formula 320 it's pretty sweet. It would be nice to see them side by side.

Just my take here.
They are focusing on guilt.. open your wallets dad, it's not too late..we have your fix....
Make hard working snobby millionaires first feel guilty that they have ignored their family through most of their adult life. Through that guilt, you sell them the family time they have deprived themselves of, and the attention they should have been spending with their families. Catch up time if you will....look how happy and forfilled your drug addicted 14 year old son looks today, now that you are giving him 5 minutes of your precious time...
Selling them the Cobalt brand is the easiest part.
That boat is almost perfect. A little bit of everything.
Just add the SC option and four 300 hp outboards???

I think you're dead on.

Too bad dad has never driven a boat before in his life. Poor boat sits on a lift for the majority of its life. 15 years later Liquid comes out of the woodwork and purchases it.

Oh I get what they are doing.
It's just very annoying---So much so that it now makes me NOT want to watch their Music videos. I know I'm gonna get a bunch of "people shots" instead of boat specifics. I'm not their target audience obviously.
So sad because IMHO,they are alienating a large segment of the market who want a product "feature" video on YouTube put out by the manufacturer.
At least the Formula Boat's product video has a narration with specific feature shots and explanations mixed in with their "people " shots.
Formula 430 super sport as an example:

I love our Cobalt bowrider, love it, love it...
Best boat in the segment.
Truthfully, if I'm a guy spending a million dollars on a boat, I'm buying a Formula every day, and ten times over a Cobalt.
We are all small potatoes, but if you ever board a big Formula, dear god... and that Emron paint

Quite true, T.
I’ve always loved the Formula SS series. Of course anything that came from Don Aronow and Jim Wynne I’m I fan of.
I searched YouTube for some recent Cobalt “product tour” videos. Nothing recent but was able to find some a few years old that are based upon their most recent models (A40; R5; WSS; etc). Better than the recent music videos, but still quite a few “people shots”. Enough product info though that I would certainly watch them.

True.
Let's lower the number to 750k
The guy who owns loadmaster trailer has a new 40'er. Quite the craft. He retired and sold his other business young.
I guess he bought loadmaster trailer as a hobby.
But wow...
