Just dropped off 2022 R6 outboard (Verado v8) today at Marina for storage n the high and dry. They determine price by the foot. So they measure from the anchor to the Outboard motor, told me my R6 is 29 feet ! They measured with engine trim down. It’s 25’ 5” is what factory says is the length, I feel 29’ measured from anchor to outboard seems little high ? Anyone have this actual measurement?

Prob correct. Bow tip tp end of the swim platform is how Cobalt measures it.

Sounds like the elusive round up error. Even if the added length of the anchor and outboard total 2'8" (sounds possible) it puts you over 28' and into a 29' charge

My R6 Outboard with windlass was measured by the marina @ 28 ft 6 in.
