Hull Cleaner Recommendation for Heavy mineral deposits

Post by smhgator »

Hello

My 226 has some heavy mineral deposits on the hull. I had the boat professionally detailed when I bought it. The detailer was able to get off most of it but about 15sq ft of deposits remain. I would like to get the rest off, but am not sure which product to use.
Any suggestions? I have looked at Mary Kate On/Off hull cleaner but am wary due to the risk of burns. I have used Starbrite Instant Hull cleaner for tannin/river stains but I don't think it is enough for the mineral deposits. I am planning on re-waxing afterwards

Thank you in advance

I have both of those and would use either of them. Or try the black bottle of lysol toilet bowl gel cleaner. It smells better and doesn't eat your skin and works great.
