Been lurking for a while and have had some help from some guys steering me away from a possible bad purchase. Went to go get our 252 today. The temp and weather is supposed to straighten up next week so we are hoping to get out on the water.

Trailer needs tires and some help in the looks department but the boat looks really good for an almost 30 year old boat. The forum has been a big help and have been enjoying reading through a bunch of the threads.

Congratulations. She looks fantastic for 30 yrs. Hope the weather holds because we'd love to see some water pics.

Well it floats boys and girls! Was on the water for about an hour today. Was very windy. 35-45 mph sustained winds. We were at rathbun lake. Got it in and out of the water fairly straight forward. Was tricky with the wind blowing at an angle behind us.
Came home and got to cleaning the interior. Still need to buff the outside to get rid of some oxidation and some light scuffs.
