Materials Surcharge

Looking at an R8 in stock and dealer sent me the “window sticker” or spec sheet and it has a material surcharge on there. Is that materials surcharge from the factory or is the dealer putting that on there?
Is anyone else seeing that?

From the factory. Cobalt instituted it starting 2022 b/c of COVID.
