242 windshield frame plug

Looking for this windshield frame plug for a 2010 242. I don’t see any manufacturer name stamped anywhere on the glass.
Any help is appreciated.

Hey Chad. So glad you found us!

The windshields are Taylor Made. You can try them or possibly GreatLakesSkipper.com.

Even though it’s an older model you may be able to try your local dealer as well.

Any more pics of your 242?

Here are a few pictures. I did try Taylor Made and Great Lakes Skipper. I didn’t see anything that looked like it was the same shape as the plug that is left on there. I’ll go back and look again.

Sure…and great pics!
There’s a moldable black putty called Versa mold. I picked some up a few years back to make a small bumper for our anchor locker. You could try that as well.Just make sure it’s trimmed flat to allow that window to close.
