Happy Super Bowl Sunday Y'all!
Curious if you guys know what current order times are. I want to build my bot and have it delivered for the 2022 season. I would assume order in the fall for a spring delivery but wondering if I should go earlier?
Next - is the 380 hp with the extra $6k over the 350 hp?

More will say but but would think of you order now you will be lucky to get it by labor day. Yes the 380 or 430 is worth every Penny. Go with the 8.2 even. Cheers

It really all depends on your dealer and their allocations. If they've already sold their 2022 allocations or not. My dealer had 2 2022 allocations for R6s October of last year. 1 went to me, the other was already sold. I ordered early October 2021 with an anticipated delivery of early March 2022. Hope that helps.

The way things are going I would at least reach out to your dealer now and see how many allocations he has available. If you wait until the end of summer you might be waiting until 2024... at least let them know you want a boat for the 23 season and see what they think.

FWIW I just I asked my dealer the same question. He told me an order on R4S placed today would be looking at delivery around October.

Are the dealers discounting new boats or are they having trouble getting enough allocations?

If by discounting you mean adding a surcharge, yes.

I guess the questions is best left to the dealer. In my area, not many Cobalt boats get sold (I've purchased 2 new boats in the last 5 years though). Discounts in the past haven't been as deep as I've read about on this forum but I doubt my dealer would be asking me for a premium. Actually, when I think about it, I don't really care whet the discount is, I just want to know what the cost difference is between my 2019 R3 with 60 hours and a new R6.

I think a good post will be Bob is what you pd under msrp.
We just had our allocation cut and all of our units were sold. Going to have some unhappy people.
Bob the good thing is you get to use your r3 one more year

Or two years. It’s a great boat, but I’ve been thinking about a bit more space. If I can put a deal together for next spring, great. If not, I’ll revive in a year or so.
