First, day out was a breeze. The boat was easy to handle and easy to unload and load onto the trailer. I have a slip at a marina but hauling would be no problem. EXTREMELY, glad I didn’t find an R5 and went with the R7. I couldn’t see myself in anything smaller. In fact, I should have taken my old mans advise and went with the R30. Surprised about all the people pumping fear into me “that it’s too big of a boat” especially in here?? The hardest part I think was trying to figure out how to get the damn cover on for the first time.

I went through the thread you mentioned and most posts were encouraging and helpful verses fearful. Not sure how you arrived at your conclusion.
