Your Marina

Throughout our many years of boat ownership, we have stored our boats both at our home and at various Marinas. In regards to the Marina side....I'm curious if anyone here wants to post a link and/or a pic of their Marina that they would want to promote (or maybe not promote) based upon experiences there and the location.
We have kept our pride and joy at North East Marina in the small town of North East PA on lake Erie for the last 15 of 17 years.
Sold our 262, and now the new to us 263 will temporarily be housed there. The owner's were a small family who just sold the marina to another well known Erie family (Bob Mazza of Mazza wineries). Free advertising never hurts if you believe in their product. Great marina (and restaurant) if you ever want to stop in.
Here is the link:

Well there's a tanker squadron I think in Montgomery and plenty of flyboys/gals around here always needing gas so head on down and help them out!

Thx SBM.
Yes, Birmingham has a tanker squadron a little north of MGM. I do fly into Pensacola which I believe may be just down the street from ya. I love the redneck rivier!
Actually one of my most favorite parts of the US. You have a real gem there SBM.

We are in Candlewood East Marina. They are a Cobalt and Air Nautique dealer. There's a showroom and mechanic shop across the street. Then on the lake there's a club with beautiful grounds and a private restaurant for members only. The docks are also members only. It's by far the nicest marina on the lake here. The other ones are pretty standard with crappy docks and a parking lot.

Oh, Candlewood looks like a beauuuutiful marina SSM. In my quest for Cobalts, I've run across that site many times. Woud love to visit her.
I'm a car guy as well and that Car show your marina is sponsoring for charity on the 20th is right up my alley!
Cars, Cobalts, & Connecticut fun. I'm in!

It's pretty fun. You'll see anything from restored Model T cars to Ferraris.
We are not submitting but we'll be rolling up in my father' 1980 Camaro. He's the original owner all matching numbers. Excuse the dust in the picture that was pre retirement for him haha now it shines.

They had a few 263 earlier in the year I'm sure you saw. It's a great location to look for used boats. The area lends itself to quite a few transients from Wall Street so there are a lot of new boats that go up 2-3 years later at a steep discount.

I've noticed this with a few of the pics folks have posted.....but why arent alot of these marinas covered with boat lifts? Is is a state regulation that they cant? Candlewood looks beautiful BTW.

I'm here now.

Moving to here hopefully by the end of September once they've a couple new docks.

They are owned by the same family, both on Table Rock Lake. Harbor is closer to my condo. They are the cobalt dealer on the lake so that should be convenient.

I guess a bunch of boats got broken on to at Indian point marina. They didn't really take anything but made a mess and took some boats out for a joy ride during the night and stuff. It's some what secure docks also. So don't leave your keys in the boat.
