If you haven't already, I'd contact Gordy's, Jerry's Majestic, or Munson Marine. They are all dealers in the area and could possibly recommend a surveyor.

First and only time I have used a surveyor but he did what he said he would do and I received a 19 page report with plenty of pictures. I couldn't find my invoice and honestly can't remember the cost, but he was not the most expensive of the 3 or so I contacted. I was satisfied.
