Cobalt 263 Vs. Formula 260 SS

Im in the market for a Boat. Never owned either but have owned many. How does formula stack up to Cobalt in terms of build quality, resale and parts availability.
Considering these two.

Very comparable layouts and power options.
Like Ford vs GM Vs Mopar. All will have there highs and lows.
Here’s a wonderful site that seems to focus on that brand only. Sorta like this site.

I saw you're other posting about a 262 I think it was, that you passed on due to spider cracks and advice here.
