2013 Cobalt 200 Bowrider

Fuel cap closure toggle broke and need to replace entire flip type unit including fuel neck. I have the part now but the problem is how to get to the clamp on the connecting hose without tearing out the boat walls. Any easy solution I am not seeing? Not an option to loosen the clamp from the fuel cap side.

Appreciate any insight.

Hey billap. Welcome to the Cobaltchat forum. So glad you found us!

Bigblockpower is familiar with this 200 series and should chime in shortly.

Any pics may help as well.

How is she powered?

Again welcome aboard mate!

That sucks. Picture will help. It might be double clamped too. They suck. Why do you have to replace the neck? You can't just do the cap? Your going to need really long arms. A small child helps. There is prob a grd wire going to it too. Oh did I say it's going to suck? If not well it will.
