Not sure about the truck, we just pulled it out of Grand Lake on Sunday to head home. 5 of us in the expedition, so probably someones foot on the other side!! LOL
As for walk through, yes it's on the right side, center console boat. 24SX, Appears only made in 05-06.

All forums do that now that I use. I now take all pictures with my phone sideways. Not up right. Seems to fix that issue.

I made a change in the image upload code that should help (it has to do with different phones using different EXIF tags incorrectly). Try one of these images again and see what happens.
