Thanks to everyone on this site - I've found a lot of great ideas and - of course - ways to part with some more $$!

Done so far:
Added Depth Sounder
Replaced Steering Wheel
Replaces utility bulbs with LED's

To do:
New snap-in carpet (mine are way shot and have shrunken a good bit)
Fill & Buff some holes from a old piece of equipment (maybe it was a trolling motor?)
Add LED gunwale lighting
New Stainless Cupholders
Upgrade to a Seastar Controller

I ordered the led's and templated the carpets. For the carpets, I went with Corinthian Marine Teak II "Coconut" woven vinyl. I will add before and after photos one they are finished.

New carpets came in - just finished installing the snaps. Have to do the grommets, but at least they are down!

Replaced all my gauge lights last night. They were so dim or half of them burnt out that I did not know they were lit!

Typ with eBay buys, what you get isn’t what you expected. These were supposed to be warm white led’s. . . Oh well!

That carpet sure has a sea grass look. Let us know how the heat is on the feet. Looks great. 👌

I like the traditional look of the "planks" on the seagrass carpet. A nice find - should help others who are trying to keep that traditional style going.

Thanks for the kudos! This color/pattern doesn’t seem to get hit at all, and we’ve had a few weeks in the 90’s.
If anyone is the the Pittsburgh area, the carpets were cut and welted by Shawn Yount at Marine Carpets and More in Butler, PA.

Swapped the less for warm white and added led strips on the sides.

Next I’m trying my hand at filling some holes from a trolling motor installation. We’ll see how that goes.

Nice Job, @Revolver1978. I really like the LED upgrades. I just bought a 1997 Cobalt 200 (our first boat), and the LED's are definitely on my to-do list.

What size bulbs did you use for the footwell lights and the instrument panel/gauges?

I already have a roll of LED strip lights that I'm going to use for the gunwales. Which I'm thinking I could just tap into each of the existing footwell lights.
