06 272 ss tower bimini operation

Bought boat in February with the Bimini top laying inside the boat. I know the longer frame Bimini goes toward bow but not sure exactly how or where to install. Same with stern side Bimini. Any help much appreciated!

Pics are needed of the bimini and also your mounts. A friend just bought a 252 that had a bimini stored in the bilge. I had no idea of what it was used for until the PO explained it is a rain hod that fastens to the windscreen. Then once it was up it made perfect sense!
