WOW.... Couldn't have been more impressed with Everyone from Cobalt Boats. Our host Derek Labarr was fantastic he took us through all the manufacturing stations at the plant and all the associates were very friendly. And then at the final assembly station was our new boat! Wow, we could not be more thrilled!!! And can not wait for the ice to come off the lake. I have been to a lot of manufacturing plants all over the Midwest and I have to say, I have not seen a more focused group of people building boats to last a lifetime. You really feel there "Only a Cobalt" is so much more than a tag line. Also for me it was great to see the USA flag along with Cobalt Boats flag high in the rafters.

AWESOME tr5!....thank you for providing pics too. Yes, once you have been thru the factory then you understand the level of detail and commitment these employees have to their craft as they pour their workmanship into each and every boat (and possibly a personalized signature. )

aigh! yer killin me! We wanted to do that so much, but just couldn't adjust the schedule around it. Looks good though, and nothing but good comments about the plant are such a bonus. Oh well.... maybe some day.

Very cool. We got married on the lake. We did it on the Heidel House yacht. Great time. We will see you soon and with all this rain and 40 mph winds coming might help that ice go away. When is delivery.

Green lake is a great spot for a meet up. Much cleaner water then winnebago. Not sure the Geneva fans will come up?
