Tgrace was supposed to start this thread but he cant be peeled off of his new boat long enough to start a new thread! I wanted to get it kicked off sooner than later because accommodations are filling up on the lake.

The Table Rock Cobalt Regatta and CobaltChat meetup will happen July 27,27. Be there or be square!

So for those that don't know, The Harbor (a prominent Cobalt dealer on TRL) sponsors a Cobalt Regatta every year. We didnt go last year but I wish now that we would have!
I'm sure tgrace and gdane and tablerockin and shurruffsdeputy and several others will fill in the blanks as to what all happens. Theres supposed to be a classic parade on Friday and a Cobalt parade on Saturday, Cobalts farkel bags and giveaways.

At this point there are still lots of places open for reservations, but as the dates get closer they will start filling up.

And we also need to converge on gdane and Mizz Suzie to eat Cheetos on his boat and drink all his beer. Then we can all tie up in the Liquid Lounge cove!

BB and Bfun are coming down from Wisconsin. Matt is flying in from California. Nautis are coming from Kentucky (I think ) Shurruff is coming in from Wichita. Tgrace, gdane, tablerockin and several more are already there.
If you are worried about not having a boat, no worries. BB is talking about renting a toon for the CC crowd and everyone pitching in. Or, we'll make room for you on our boats!

You know I’m in! And there is always room for any Cobalt chat member on my boat. Well to a certain point

I can tell you the Harbor sponsored Regatta will be Saturday the 27th and it will be in the Chateau on the lake cove (near Indian point and the Dam). They do a lunch, a poker type run and a huge raft up. Last year they floated a barge out there and had a band playing on the barge.

Friday one of the members of the Facebook group has setup a classic cobalt cruise but really anyone is invited. It will go from Indian point to Campbell point marina (shell knob) that will leave from probably the harbor at 9am.

If anyone is looking for accommodations still let me know. The complex im in does nightly rentals and I can get people a discount. They rent on the higher end but close to the marinas and it’s on Indian point. Pm me if you are interested.

I will be there from the 25th to the following Wednesday. So come one come all!

Just to be clear as I'm already getting beat up from the word pontoon. That was just to get bum to bring the marker one down. Lol
Yes we could all rent one. But we can rent a 220 or something too. It's not Cheap and I didn't look. But I like to volunteer boats. Bfun, Yt, tgrace98. How many can we pile in. Really I think it's myself maybe brother or a friend or my grad daughter, Matt and his wife and the Nauti's. So really only 6 or 7 people. So not a big deal right now BBP out.

man that looks fun, and sounds like we have a great crowd heading down. Wish I could make it, but we've had a family camping trim planned since our LOTO trip fell through for the same week...

I’ve had 8 adults on the R7 and still had room for more. I’d say 10 comfortably

And yes the harbor’s sister marina State Park marina rents the latest generation 220s. I rented one before I bought my 262. It had a Volvo 350 in it.

We can have that done in a hour on Wed. All day Thursday to play. Jeff will bring my meter and we will have your amp dialed in too.

Is the boat on a lift. We have to get the wire to the other side of the boat right. Down and under. 5200 seals anything.
