I was getting ready to spec out and order an R3 but this boat had just about all the options I would have put on the R3 and was very close in price with the boat show special pricing. Now on to the bigger dock and storage garage upgrades !

Welcome from Missouri! Nice R5 you got there! I am in the process of closing on an r7 with similar options. Expect I got the 380hp Volvo motor. You are going to loce it as we say around here!

Congrats tfarmer on your new R5 baby news. Hopefully she’ll be delivered soon.
Great job getting the transom tilt switch and the trim tabs options. Those will come in handy.
You won’t regret moving up in size like you did. Good choice.

Another Ky. Welcome. We boat at Laurel Lake in south east Ky. I had also noticed this group of dealers, as AJ mentioned. The dealer from Gilbertsville, Ky was at the Louisville boat show last year but not this year. Very nice people.
Have only been on Ky. Lake one time & from that experience, think your choice of the R series was a good one. I have boated on just about every lake in Ky. And that lake was the roughest of all. Had an 18’ Searay at the time but needed a larger, deeper boat than that. Good luck.
