I've always been a Windows guy. Nothing about loyalty, its just what I learned early on. But my laptop crashed again. 2nd time in two years. Couple that with the everfrickinchanging OS and constant updates, and I'm done.

So I bought a Mac this weekend. 3.1 i7, 16 GB ram, 1T harddrive. Waaaaay more machine than I'll EVer be capable of using.

Let the learning begin! I'm just now transferring documents, contracts, listing agreements, business records, tons of photos, video and yadayada.

I'm a little skeerd. Everything is backed up, but still... this "change" can be intimidating!

Eventually with the new business we're building we'll migrate over with iPads and iPhones and go "all in". Yeah yeah, I can hear all you appleheads cheering! Whateverah

The learning curve takes about a week to get use to. And once you get use to it you won’t go back. I’ve been a Mac guy for about 6 years now. The integration with iPhones, iPads, and the watch is incredible. When I’m in the office my phone just sits on my desk. I can text message from my computer through my phone, even answer phone calls.

I’m a little skeered for you too! I’m thinking about it. Have both in the house and I’m the last holdout mainly on the work side things.

Made the change about 3 years ago. Still most my customers are PC so I use both systems. No comparison, Apple wins hands down. Their stuff works and plays well together. Desktop sync, phone, photos, easy.

I went to the apple store in a local mall. First time I've been in a mall since I can't remember when. Theres a windows store a few door down from it, and I went there first. There were maybe 5 people in there. Then I go over to apple and literally there was like 100 folks milling around. Free class 3 times a day, free tech support if your having a issue, lots of advice and help choosing what to buy. Yeah, I get it now..

My only experience comes from a iPhone 5S that I have for work. Our IT guy gave me a choice between a Galaxy S5 and iPhone 5S, said if I never used an iPhone before I was going to love it. Decided to give it a shot.

Ahhhh the great Android v iPhone debate....we are an Android family and won't be changing anytime soon...I have a iphone for work and its lame.
