I have never actually pulled my boat with this, but when I was a child my dad pulled our 21 foot Larson with one just like it, there is plenty of horsepower

Towed my old 20 ft stingray with the 1984 Camaro z28. It was pretty funny. I had to use the boat to push the car up the ramp.

Yep! The tow packages where offered in that era. A lot of "clone Super Sports" where derived from them.
