Ladder rung cover

2008 252, looking for ladder rung cover. Original was hard rubber, replaced all four three years ago with Cobalt replacement kit foam sleeves and a tube of glue. Already lost one of the new foam sleeves. Now my dealer says they are no longer available. I have the telescoping ladder mounted on the starboard side of swim platform. If anyone knows of a replacement sleeve, post the info.

This has come up before and someone said to use handlebar grips from a bicycle. Not sure which thread it was in.
