Gotcha. I had a feeling you might have some of that going on. I told Mrs yt you probably had some passengers that were wigged-out, otherwise you'd be right up there with us!
Yep that was the case. IF the Cobalt Chat gang comes again next year we will be empty nesters that weekend. We felt bad we ditched y’all the last night
Guess I didn't hear that plan. The group went by and someone said go. Next thing i know I'm up front looking around for you 2. Running in that mess was awesome. Did i mention the 5 year old loves riding through big waves.
You sir did an awesome job in that mess. As YT pulled up next to the flag boat I leaned over and told Katie I was glad we were not in our 222. Next thing I know out of the corner of my eye I see you rolling past us like it was a Sunday morning drive on a flat calm lake. Well done.

Sorry we didn't get to chat about the BMW. Short story is I loce it, the N55 is awesome in that car. No Big Block but the 183ci can hold its own. Sorry too much V8 talk /w Matt this weekend lol.

Car is a great daily driver, in the comfort suspension setting it rides really well. In sport it turns into a totally different car, even has captains call (second exhaust opens in sport mode lol).

Only cons are the 13 gallon gas tank, but I am spoiled by the 36gal in the F150, and the interior is a bit small. If I could do it over again I would most likely opt for the 4 series.

Thanks.

I didn't realize the BMW only had a 13 gallon tank. I always thought it would make a great daily driver and the power to weight should make it fast enough to have some fun.

Yup, its a pretty solid Daily, I get ~25mpg with the larger 6CYL and there is plenty of power to get you in trouble. I have no idea how it would do in the great white North, mine has summer tires on it and the truck will most likely get snow duty.

I haven't checked to see if the 4 series has a larger fuel tank, I would imagine it would, the 13 gallon tank isnt bad, just takes some getting used to.

Hey guys and gals, it was nice meeting you in all the whirlwind. my head is also still spinning from everything that went on. Plus the 22 hour drive home was exhausting. I tried to meet as many of you as i could, what a great group of friends you have formed! Us classic guys have also formed a tight bond and friendship. Great weather and great times. will be thinking about it for a long time.

Also thanks for snapping the pictures! im still sorting through mine.

It was great to meet you to Steve! And you are to be commended for making a 44 hour round trip Table Rock. That's dedication!

Ah one last trip under the kimberling city bridge before cleaning up Smooth and putting her away for the week.

It was an awesome time this week! It was great getting an extra 2 days to recover and relax.

I still cannot believe we got people from all over to come this year. I was glad to try to play host and make sure everyone got the full TRL experience. I was telling YT the other day I was absolutely stressed last Monday thinking about everyone coming and when and what to do but looks like we pulled it off. Hope everyone had a blast and I hope we can make it bigger and better next year!

Great host and if I didn't say it before thank you. If I said it before, thank you again.

Tgrace you did great! Thank you for such a great time! And we're easy, it doesn't take much to entertain us... A boat to float in during the day and a band to listen to and a chicken wing to gnaw on at night and I'm happy
Lemonade helps too.

So Saturday night after everyone else had gone to bed, Matt and I heard a party coming out of the dark from somewhere down the road. We did the "goat walk" down the street thinking we was all that and walked up on a bunch of 20-somethings packed into a little screened in porch partying. They freaked out a little bit when two old guys leaned it on the screen looking like pair of Freddy Kruger's. Seemed like a good idea at the time...

Don't worry Katie is pulling video off the GoPro as we speak. I am sure there is video of you running up front coming soon.
