They started the dock and boat lift install yesterday and should finish up by tomorrow. Last year everything went in May 10th so we are ahead of schedule! Our resident loons showed up yesterday as well and that is a sure sign that summer is near!

I’m feel fortunate that boating is thankfully allowed here and all the public launches are open. I saw a handful of boats out yesterday but the holdup now is getting docks in and boats out of storage. My dock guy was back today and got the lifts and main dock section and will come back next week to get the other 8 sections for the platform area at the end of the dock. Now I’m trying to rush the R5 and Marker One out of winter storage. Hopefully I’ll have the R5 tomorrow!

Took delivery of my R5 last Saturday. Lift went in last Wednesday. Thinking of quarantining at the lake house for the month of May. It’s small but I could get used to self isolating on the water.

Nice S73! Yes get into Cobalt quarantine mode and explore every inch of that
R5.

Again the patriotic colors are a knock out.

(and it is at least a 25’ boat. Still big for a runabout).

Thanks! I should clarify, the lake house is small. But what does that matter when you’re on the water? Now how do I explain that to the wife?

Beautiful color combo! Makes me want to change my R5’s boring white with navy accent. I’m quarantining at the lake 5 days a week and the lifts/dock went in yesterday. We are anxiously waiting for the boats to come out of storage on 4/29. The sunrise this morning wasn’t too shabby.

I say De-quarantine party at your house when this is all over MnLB.

....or at least a CChat forum get together this summer.
